VSS Request and Access Consent

  1. If a department in adult services want to have the VSS department complete delegated tasks they will need to complete the “Request Form”.
  2. The VSS Request/Access Consent Form will be accessed by the VSS manager. The VSS manager will determine if the request is approved and provide access for a specific period of time.
