Why the Journey of Hope? It’s the word we’ve heard most from families since we began serving children in 1952. For thousands of children with developmental disabilities and complex medical rehab needs, LifeScape has offered hope and empowerment for better lives.

LifeScape is a lifeline to many in South Dakota and the region. As the population of our area continues to climb, the demand for the services we provide increases, too. We have exceeded the capacity of our current campus, with many children now on wait lists. The number of children in need only continues to grow.
