Our therapists, certified as Assistive Technology Professionals by the RESNA, are skilled at analyzing individual needs, selecting suitable AT, and providing usage training. The recommended AT can be store-bought, modified, or even custom-made to cater to the unique requirements of each individual. Our solutions are flexible and can fit into multiple categories based on the individual’s needs and circumstances, promoting optimal independence.

Shared Living is a new option being offered by LifeScape. It pairs an individual, couple, or family to share their home with an adult who has a disability. It enables people needing support to experience a real home and community life and provides more consistent caregiving. LifeScape will match the host home provider – who is an independent contractor and owns or leases the home – with the participant. Background checks and an extensive matching process help ensure a quality pairing, with LifeScape providing oversight and be the financial intermediary.

LifeScape Seating & Wheeled mobility services are provided by a highly trained and experienced staff of occupational and physical therapists, equipment specialists, and equipment technicians. Our goal is for the client to get the right equipment and the right fit, the first time. We also provide the service and modifications to ensure that your seating system meets your ongoing needs, for the life of the equipment. Our seating team has the experience and compassion to address current and future mobility needs. Our therapists are certified as Seating and Mobility Specialists (SMS) by RESNA. The Seating and Mobility Specialist is a specialty certification for professionals working in seating and mobility. The SMS certification recognizes demonstrated competence in seating and mobility assessment, funding resources, implementation of intervention, and outcome assessment and follow-up.
