Meet Bailey Larson

Clinical Dietitian, MS, RDN, LN

Bailey has always had a passion for nutrition and ensuring individuals are nourished throughout all life stages, especially in pediatrics.

She pursued her bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (Go Big Red!). While living in Nebraska, she worked for non-profit organization that provided nutrition education in an after-school program for underserved youth. She was also a mentor in a program that taught young girls about health, wellness, and positive body image. After finishing her bachelor’s, she went on to complete her dietetic internship and master’s degree in Nutrition at SDSU. She previously worked as a dietitian for Health Management Partners. There she provided medical nutrition therapy for individuals with a variety of diagnoses.

Bailey started at LifeScape in April 2021. She oversees the nutrition status of Austin Hall residents and rehab patients on Fisher Coon. She is also involved in feeding evaluations and nutrition consultations for outpatients at both ACDC and 18th St locations.

In her free time, she loves cooking up new recipes (cliché for a dietitian, I know 😊 ), and spending time with family, friends, and her golden doodle Otis.
