LifeScape is an independent, non-profit organization providing lifelong support for children and adults with disabilities and rehabilitation needs. Through our values of compassion, excellence, and integrity, we support over 4,000 people annually from our centers in Sioux Falls and Rapid City.

LifeScape supports individuals with various challenges, offering services from outpatient therapy to job assistance. We run a specialty school, a rehabilitation hospital, and residential programs. Our subsidiary, RISE Custom Solutions, provides mobility equipment such as wheelchairs. We also specialize in fitting braces and artificial limbs. Get S.E.T. is a program that equips supervisors with the skills to excel as managers and mentors. The course touches on mental and emotional wellbeing, socio-economic circumstances, cultural norms, leadership policies and procedures, and team development. There are two course-length options: a 7-week fast track and a traditional 12-week track. Participants, who must supervise a staff member at LifeScape and have approval from their own supervisor, receive master’s level credit upon graduation.
