Kate Sigford, MD, is Medical Director of Rehabilitation Services for LifeScape Rehabilitation Center and LifeScape Specialty Hospital, which provides inpatient care for patients through age 21 with intensive rehabilitation or medically complex needs. She sees patients at LifeScape Rehabilitation Center. Dr. Sigford is the area’s only physician to be board certified in both physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) and pediatric rehabilitation medicine (PRM).
Charlie Broberg, PA-C and Julie Johnson, MD treat patients on an individual basis at LifeScape Rehabilitation Center, as well as through specialty clinics that include therapists or orthotic and prosthetic clinicians.
